Hello everyone and Happy Thanksgiving! I can’t believe Thanksgiving is already here – November went by SO fast!! 😀
Today I will be spending most of my time getting my dolls ready for my craft fair tomorrow (SO EXCITED!!) and packing things up. But I will also be enjoying time with my family and eating yummy food 🙂
I’m going to list a few things that I am thankful for:
1. God- He is so amazing and without Him, I would never be truly happy! He is always there for me (and all of us!) and I just love knowing that 🙂
2. My family- I love my family SOO MUCH!! They make me laugh, cheer me up, and greatly encourage me. I really don’t know what I would do without any of them! Pictured above is my mom and dad, sister and brother in-law, and my two brothers 🙂
3. My friends- I am so thankful for my friends! And yes, I am including all of you, too! Whenever I go online and read your comments or look at your blogs, I am spending time with my friends! Pictured above, is me and my friend, Emma at the AG store 🙂
4. My blog- I’m so grateful to have this blog and also Littlemissfluffet (my blog about non-doll related things 😉 ). I love being able to post about things that I love, and seeing that most of you share the same interest! Through this blog I have had the opportunity to share my stories with all of you and make dozens of new friends! 🙂
5. My business- Having my own business is so exciting! I get to do what I love and make money doing it! Just as my dad has always said, “Do what you love to do, and people will pay you for it!”, I know this is true, because everyone in my family has done that! 🙂
Now you can all list five things that you are thankful for in the comments! I’d love to know! 😀
I hope you all have a very nice Thanksgiving! 🙂
While my family and I don’t celebrate Halloween, I still enjoy dressing up and going to a local church for games and (of course) CANDY! I’m being Elsa for Halloween, who are you going to be?
Anyways, I hope you enjoy this little photostory! 🙂
“I’m so glad that my mom and dad said I could have some friends over for a sleepover!” Annika said. “Me, too! Thanks for having us over, Annika!” Kiara said with a smile. “No problem! So, I made some cupcakes and frosted them in yours and Clara’s favorite colors! And we also bought a little box of truffles. Gotta have candy!” Annika said with a giggle.
….But soon enough, they fell asleep.
What did you and your dollies do for Dolloween?
Today is International Talk Like A Pirate Day!!! 😀
In just a couple of days- On the 21st- it will be a year since I started my very first photostory series. Do you know which one??
That’s right! September 21st is the day that I started “A Pirate Adventure”!! AND the reason I made it was because of Talk Like A Pirate Day! 😀
I have loved all of my pirate series, enjoyed every minute of making them, and have truly appreciated every single one of your comments on them! And I’m going to let you all in on a little secret-
I’m going to continue making pirate series for a very long time! I find that they are one of the easiest types of photostory series to make and I just LOVE making them! 😀
Now, in celebration of “Talk Like A Pirate Day”, join Victoria, Captain McGovern and her hearty crew, and Jake on their thrilling adventures!
Farewell, Maties! Enjoy readin’ them stories! 😉 😛
Happy Mother’s Day to all of the awesome moms out there! I hope you all have a wonderful time celebrating your mom today 🙂
My mom is so amazing! She has always been there for us and always finds a way to make things happen. She is so funny, smart, nice, talented, caring, creative, a great cook, and just plain AWESOME! Thank you for everything you do, mommy! I love you SOOO MUCH!! <3
After we got home from church yesterday and ate lunch I just wanted to relax for awhile. Then it was time to go over my brother in-law’s family’s house. I had such a great time and I got to see my friend Alyssa (you might remember me asking for prayer requests for her when she was in the hospital with bad seizures. Thankfully she is doing a LOT better and it made me really happy!) 😀
First, my girls started out with an Easter Egg Hunt! All of my “kids” didn’t do it, only 6 of them and they were in teams of 3 😉
All the pretty eggs on the lawn 🙂
“Which way should we go first?” Cecile asked excitedly.
“Oh, oh! Let’s get those pretty pink eggs!” Marie-Grace said.
Rebecca went to pick them up and placed them in the basket.
“I think we have enough eggs now. We should let the others get the rest.” Kaya said trying to be fair to her sisters.
“Yeah, that’s a good idea.” Saige replied.
After the egg hunt, they all went inside to join the others.
Marie-Grace counted her eggs and Cecile and Caroline sat with her.
“How many did you guys get?” Caroline asked.
“Five, six and seven! We got seven eggs!” Marie-Grace said with a big smile.
“They collected practically all of the pink eggs. There were hardly any for us!” Kanani said to Jess.
“Well, I know I haven’t been here long, but it seems like pink is Marie-Grace’s favorite color, so I guess it makes sense.” Jess said with a giggle.
Samantha poured herself a cup of tea and said, “Do you like tea, Lissie?”
“Yes, I love tea!” Felicity replied and Samantha poured her a cup.
“C’mon, Kristoff. Let’s get all the cinnamon rolls before the others get a chance to have any!” Eli whispered, but Samantha heard him. “Eli, you two are not eating all of those cinnamon rolls! That is so bad for you!” Samantha scolded.
“How are you doing, Jess? I thought it might be hard for you to celebrate Easter without your family.” Annika said sadly.
“I’m doing okay. Some things have been a little hard, but I’m doing alright.” Jess replied.
“That’s good. And remember, I’m always here if you need to talk to someone.” Annika said kindly.
“Thank you, Annika. I’ll remember that.” Jess smiled. “This family is a lot different than my old one,” Jess thought, “but I think that in time, I’m going to love it here. Thank you, Lord, for blessing me with such an amazing family.”
Alright! You all guessed correctly, I did get the Sweet School Dress! Now as for the doll, Anonymous was the only one who guessed that correctly 🙂
It’s Jess!! She absolutely LOVES this outfit! And I’ll definitely be reviewing it soon, so keep your eyes open for it! 😀
Happy (late) Easter from me and my dolls!!!!
How did you spend your Easter? Did you get any dolly surprises?
Good morning everyone and Happy Easter!! This is going to be just a real quick post since I have to get ready for church, but I have something to share with you 🙂
My mom gave me what is pictured this morning. Can you guess what or who it is? You can all start posting your guesses in the comments and I will post the real picture later 😀
I hope you all have a wonderful Easter today celebrating with your family and friends 🙂
P.S. An Easter Photostory will be coming later today or early tomorrow morning 😉
My dolls are gonna have their little party today and Saige wanted to show you how everything looked before it started 😉
They are gonna eat sliced green apples, cucumbers, and celery sticks! I helped Saige make the place mats, napkins, and napkin holders this morning 🙂
“I hope you all have a great day today! Oh, and one more thing…”
“If you’re not wearing green today, then I pinch you! Hahahaha! Just kidding! Bye for now!”
With help from
Hi everyone! Happy (late) Valentine’s Day! I hope you all had a great day! 😀
I’m going to show you some pictures I took of my “kids” at their Valentine’s Day Party.
They all had such a fun time together! Every time I walked by the room I heard laughs and giggles! 🙂
“Have you tried the punch, Kanani? It’s really good!” Saige asked her sister.
“No, I haven’t. I’ll have to try some!” Kanani replied.
“Are you going to eat something, Samantha?” Kanani asked.
“Hmm.. I think I’m going to have a slice of that cookie cake!” Samantha said with a smile.
Annika, Marie-Grace, and Cecile were talking together in a corner and Addy went over to see what they were talking about.
“What are you three talking about?” Addy asked sweetly.
“We’re talking about all the amazing songs in Frozen and how we wish we could sing like them!” Marie-Grace replied. Them three are the singers in our family, so they talk about songs from movies a lot. 😉
However, Addy also likes the songs from Frozen, so she decided to join their conversation.
On the other side of the room, Eli started on his second cupcake and Lissie reached for a truffle, but got distracted by what Rebecca was asking Elijah.
“I just realized that I never asked you when your birthday was!” Rebecca said.
“You didn’t? It’s on November 5th.” Eli replied.
Josefina and Caroline were talking together and Kirsten made her way over to the table with a slice of iced lemon pound cake. Yum!
Everyone ate practically all day. Yes, I made an exception. After all, it’s a holiday! 🙂
Then they passed out handmade valentines. And at night they got in their jammies and watched Monster’s University.
They have all been talking about how much fun they had yesterday and how they wish they could do it all the time. I told them that it doesn’t have to be a holiday to have a good time together. It can be any day at all! Remember to enjoy your life with family and friends and make memories that will last forever 🙂
Did you and your dolls celebrate Valentine’s Day?
Hi and Merry Christmas again!!
So, whenever I introduce my “kids” to each other I always line them up or just set them up in some way. Well, today my mom came in my room just as I had finished lining them up. She decided that she had to take a picture because it is just so crazy how many there are.
I counted 11 toddlers and 11 of the 18″. WHOA! Now I have 12 of the toddlers and 12 of the 18″ 😛
If I keep getting dolls, pretty soon they are gonna end up sleeping on the floor! They are all totally squished in their beds right now. Poor little things- LOL!
How many dolls do you have? Where do they sleep?
Oh, my goodness!! I can’t believe it’s CHRISTMAS!!! I had such a nice morning opening presents, eating an amazing breakfast, and talking and laughing with my family 🙂 Now, I am SUPER excited to show you what I got (I am only showing doll related things 😉 )!!!
I got Saige’s Bracelet in my stocking! It is so cute and really comfortable. I’ve been wearing it ever since I opened it 😀
I got the Fancy Dress from Marie-Grace and Cecile’s Collection!! I think Marie-Grace looks just like a little princess 🙂
I am SO happy that I got Saige’s Sparkle Dress! She looks so gorgeous in those colors!
Another outfit I was super excited to receive!! When I saw that Cecile’s Special Dress wasn’t on the AG site anymore I got so upset because I really wanted it for Cece, but now she has it!! YAY!!
That’s all I got this morning (you’ll see the last thing at the end of the post 😉 ), but yesterday my sister and brother in-law came over and I goooooottt…..
The Anna toddler doll from Disney’s Frozen!!!! She is SOOO CUTE!!! I am making her age be 4, so that she can talk good (like in the movie, hehe!). I am so happy to have her! I’ve wanted her for a while now 😀
And now it is time for the suspense!!!
Hmmmm…. What do you think could’ve been in this box….? Hehe!
Here is the lid for the box (I cut it off, so you’d be in more suspense!! 😛 ). And now it is finally time to show you!!!! 😀
It’s A MY TWINN 18″ BOY DOLL!!!! He has very fair skin, Green/brown eyes, and black hair with loose curls all over. He is really cute and I have been wanting a My Twinn boy doll for a while. I have decided to name him Elijah and his middle name is James. I am making him be 10 years old. 😀
I am SO blessed and thankful! I absolutely LOVE everything!! Earlier this month I didn’t think I would get a doll, but I ended up with 2!! Eeks! I’m gonna have to think up a good story on how I all of a sudden have 2 new kids!! I better go start writing down some ideas- LOL! 😀 😛
What did you get for Christmas? Any new “children”? 🙂
