Much Appreciated~ A Photostory
Hi everyone! I have a photostory for you today that I hope you’ll enjoy! Especially since the pics were taken in a room in my dollhouse… π XD
Riven-Delle was super busy baking up a storm; she had already made cupcakes, cookies, muffins – now she had a blueberry pie in the oven! She had wanted to bake a cake, too, but she had received too many interruptions by her siblings that took her away from her baking several times that day. From Clara fainting twice to Lana causing an argument to the little ones getting underfoot time and again – Riven-Delle was at her wit’s end. She wasn’t even the oldest of the kids, yet everyone seemed to be coming to her for everything – just as they always did.
Kiara stepped into the kitchen just as Riven-Delle was putting a dirty bowl by the sink (I say “by” since it was overflowing with dishes already) and let out a quick gasp. “Wow! That’s a lot of goodies!” She said, eyeballing the cookies.
“Yeah, well, that’s what I like to do,” Riven-Delle smiled, “Do you need something?” she asked, trying to hide her dread.
“Oh, no, I just came in for a drink of water,” Kiara said and went to find a glass. Riven-Delle let her shoulders sink in relief and continued with her work…
…but she hesitated when she heard the faucet turn on and heard dishes clanking around. “Uh – Kiara? What are you doing?” Riven-Delle asked.
“There’s a mountain of dishes that need washing, so I thought I’d help you out and start washing,” Kiara said, soapy sponge in hand.
“Oh. Well, that’s nice of you, but really, it’s not necessary,” Riven-Delle said.
“It’s okay, I want to do this,” Kiara said with a smile.
Riven-Delle turned her head away, annoyance crawling up her spine. “Really, Kiara, you can go,” she said.
“Riven-Delle I don’t think you’re being very nice. I’m not going to disrupt your work by doing the dishes for you – in fact, I’ll be helping you along with your work by taking this load off your back,” Kiara said. Riven-Delle sighed and said, “You’re right. I’m sorry, Kiara. It’s nice of you to help me.”
The timer went off for the oven, so Riven-Delle got her oven mitts on to check on her pie while Kiara began scrubbing away.
While they were both preoccupied with their work, sneaky little Merida tip-toed into the kitchen and swiped a plate of cupcakes off the table and scurried off before anyone could notice she was ever there.
When Riven-Delle decided the pie was done baking, she took it out of the oven and set it on the table, only to be horrified by the emptiness that faced her.
“Where are my cupcakes?” Riven-Delle cried.
Kiara instantly stopped scrubbing the dishes and joined her sister’s side. “What on earth…”
“They’re gone,” Riven-Delle said, her voice shaky.
“Hey, it’s okay. I bet one of the little ones came in and took them – let’s go see if we can find them!” Kiara suggested.
“No, I’m sure they’re all gone by now anyway,” Riven-Delle said.
“Well, isn’t that a good thing? I mean, don’t you bake all these treats so we can eat them?” Kiara asked.
“Yes, but….,” Riven-Delle sighed, “Truth is, I’m not so upset about the cupcakes. I’m just so frustrated. I’ve been planning this baking day for weeks and I’ve been looking forward to having some time to myself, doing the thing I love. But all day I keep being interrupted by everyone and constantly dragged away from my baking. Why does everyone always want me?” Riven-Delle asked, a couple tears trickling down her cheek.
Kiara placed her hand on her sister’s shoulder and said, “I understand, everyone needs their own space, but really, think about how amazing it is that everyone loves you so much. I think just about everyone in this family looks up to you. And in a big family like ours, that’s something to be thankful for. You’re so appreciated in this house and I think you should learn to appreciate that.”
Riven-Delle smiled through her tears and hugged her sister tightly. She knew that lately she hadn’t been as appreciative of her family as she should have been and she was so grateful to Kiara for reminding her that appreciation goes both ways.
The End
Challenge: This week show someone you wouldn’t normally think of that you appreciate them. It just may make their day π

Masquerade~ Part 10
See Part 8 hereΒ and Part 9 here π
“This is it.”Β I thought as I approached the farm. It looked so much more run down than I recalled. They must have gotten along terribly after everything happened…
“Hello! Anyone home?” I called out.
“Can I help you, Sir?” A young pregnant woman called from the stream near the house.
I dismounted my horse and walked over to the young woman who was now in front of the house with a pail of water in hand. “How do you do, Ma’am. I was hoping to find Liesel Bennet here.” I greeted.
“I’m afraid I don’t know any Liesel Bennets… Or even a Liesel for that matter.” The woman said.
“She used to live here with her mother and father. Do you maybe know her mother? Mrs. Amelia Bennet?” I asked, desperate for answers.
The young lady swept her hair out of her face as though in deep thought. “No, I’m sorry. My late husband and I bought this place from an elderly woman, Ms. Donalds about two years ago. Never knew anyone else owned it.”
“Ms. Donalds… Do you know where she’s staying now? Perhaps she knows where I can find the Bennets.”
“Um… I’m sorry to tell you this, but, Ms. Donalds passed away. Not long after my husband… There was a terrible epidemic…” She said solemnly.
“Oh, I’m so sorry.” I turned my head away to hide my disappointment.
“Would you like to come inside? I have some lemonade ready for my son, but there’s plenty if you’d like some.” She offered kindly.
“That’s kind of you, but I should be going. Thank you for your help.”
Β Β Before I could say another word, a small boy around 7 years old came running up.Β
“Mama! Mama! I caught myself a fish!” He yelled proudly.
“That’s wonderful, Charlie! We’ll have us a real feast tonight.” His mother praised. It was then I realized just how poor they were. Just a widowed mother with a child on the way, it must be hard to make end’s meet. If one fish caught with nothing more than a little net was a feast, I’d hate to know what their every day meal was like.
“Charlie, I want you to say hello to…?”
“Edmund Richardson. It’s nice to meet you, Charlie.” I flashed him a friendly smile.
“Go on inside now and get washed up, okay?” His mother instructed.
“Okay, Mama.”
“I’m sorry I couldn’t be more help to you. Good luck on your search.” The kindly woman said with a smile.
Before I headed off, I glanced at my fishing rod and I knew I had one last thing to do.
“Hey, Charlie! Come here a second.” I called him over just before they disappeared into the house.
“I want you to have this.” I said, holding out my fishing rod.
He looked at me, as though unsure if he should accept it or not.
“It’s okay, honey. Go on.” His mother gave her approval…
And he came over and grabbed the rod, a smile so wide on his cute little face.
“Look, Mama! My very own pole!” He exclaimed.
“It’s lovely, son. What do you say to Mr. Richardson?”
He beamed up at me and said thank you and I nodded.
“Can I go catch another fish for supper, Mama?” Little Charlie asked. “Alright, but be home before supper.”
“That was very kind of you, Mr. Richardson. I think it’s just about the greatest gift he’s ever received.” His mother thanked me with grateful tears in her eyes. Β “Before you go, I just remembered, there is a new princess in Uceda by the name of Liesel. She was close to poverty when the prince asked for her hand. Maybe she’s the one you’re looking for?”
“Thank you. I’ll be sure to look into it.” I said with a bow of my head.
As I rode away from the old farm, I couldn’t help but worry. If that was Liesel who married the prince, there was no way she was happy with him. Β I certainly hope she’s not married….

Hi-Yah!~ A Photoshoot
Hiiii!! Wow, I’m so happy to be posting on here again! Thank you all SO much for your prayers while I was sick! It really helped and I am completely well now! π
Anyway, right before I got sick, I got a new doll! Are you ready to meet her? Okay, then here she is!
Hehehehehe! I’m horrible, I know. You’re probably like, SHOW HER FACE!! XD
I have wanted Mulan for a long time, so I was so happy when she went on sale and I was able to buy her! Isn’t she so cute? π
I think she will be very reserved. She looks like that kind of girl, huh?
Look at LITTLE BROTHER!!! AGH! I just adore him!! π
Here is an overview of her outfit. I like it all except for the pants… There’s just something about the way they lay π
The details on her shirt are amazing! I love all the blossoms and branches! Can’t you just hear the beginning music of Mulan and see the branches and blossoms taking form? Oh gosh, now I wanna watch that movie XD
I think that this is one my favorite pics of her! She looks so adorable π
Alrighty, well that’s the end of this photoshoot! And also, I’m sorry I haven’t posted a photostory for a while. Things have just been so busy and photoshoots are the easiest post for me to make during a busy time like this. When things calm down I’ll try to get a photostory up π
Also, my craft fair is this Friday! Eek! I have so much left to do… At least I’ll have a couple new outfits to show π
What are your thoughts on Mulan?
I hope you all have a great day!

Think Tink
Along with my Periwinkle Barbie sized doll, I also got the Disney Animator’s Collection Tinkerbell Toddler Doll! She is so stinkin’ adorable and so fun to take pictures of! Prepare for a kinda long photoshoot of adorableness π
Isn’t she just so cute?! You may be thinking that her bangs are weird and I thought they were a little weird, too, but now I’ve gotten used to them π Oh, and a quick story, when I first opened up Tinkerbell and was taking her out of the box- her head popped off and rolled onto the floor! It was the saddest thing ever! But Disney sent us a replacement so now I sorta have two Tinkerbell’s. I’m not sure what we’re doing with the broken one yet LOL!
As if Tink wasn’t cute enough, look at her cute little Croccy plush!!! AAAAH!!! :O
I love how the Animator doll’s heads are so poseable! It makes for great pictures! π
Aren’t the wings just too cute?! They are plastic and attached to the dress, in case you were wondering π
That’s all for this photoshoot! I’ll try to get her added to the “Meet My Non-AG Dolls” page soon! π
What are your thoughts on the Disney Animator’s Collection Dolls?
~Jaclynn~
Introducing Periwinkle!
Hi! I’m so sorry I didn’t post yesterday! I had to take pictures for new business cards and it took FOREVER π
Anyways, here’s a photoshoot of my new Periwinkle Disney doll! π
She’s so cute and looks so much like Periwinkle from the Tinkerbell movies! π
I really like this one! π
Well, that’s all for this photoshoot! These were the first pictures I took with my iPhone and I just love how they came out! π
I hope ya’ll (LOL! Where did that come from? XD) didn’t mind having a photoshoot of a non-AG doll, but I’ve got one of Cecile coming up soon! π
Do you like the Tinkerbell movies?
Have a great day!

What My Dolls Are Up To
Hey everyone! Yesterday I cleaned out under my bed (my doll’s bedroom) because I’ve been having a ton of baby spiders in my room lately (*shudders*) and the other day I noticed a few under there, so I freaked out… Anyways! Back to the subject of this post – I set up my dolls to where they’re all doing something and I thought it’d be fun to show you what they’re up to π
So here’s the overview! Some of them are hiding behind the curtains, though LOL!
Over here, Dallas is getting Pepper out of his bed so he, Eli, and Jeremy can play with him. Rapunzel is asking if she can play with him, too and Lissie is trying to get a book, but Dallas is in the way. You can kinda see Clara back there just hanging out π
Bella, Ellie, and Snow are being as sweet as can be playing with Licorice π
Belinda is helping Cecile with some school.
And Merida wants Belinda for something…. Probably to help her climb something π
And of course Caleb and Kendra are fighting and screaming at the top of their lungs. Kristoff is trying to pull Caleb off of Kendra and Annika starts to intervene. Mickey and Minnie are sad and scared by their fighting as usual, too π
Kanani, Riven-Delle, and Annika had all been talking, but then stopped instantly when they noticed Caleb and Kendra fighting. Anna was gonna talk to Riven-Delle, but also stopped when she noticed the fight.
Janie looking over at Caleb and Kendra. They attract a lot of attention to themselves whenever they fight π
Julie, Kaya, and Samantha are talking π
And oh, dear! Marie-Grace was talking to Saige (who is painting) when she was supposed to be practicing her singing, so Lana told her to stop talking to Saige, Marie-Grace got mad, and now Jess came over and is trying to tell Lana that it’s okay for Marie-Grace to talk to Saige. My goodness!
Josefina and Kirsten were about to bake and are now trying to persuade Rebecca into helping them, too. Addy was talking to Kirsten π
Jenna doing some things at the vanity π
And Kiara and Caroline are chatting π
Do your dolls have a usual thing that happens every day? Like how Caleb and Kendra always fight? What do your dolls like to do?

Happy St. Patrick’s Day~ 2015
When I woke up, I completely forgot that today was St. Patrick’s Day! I was glad I was wearing a green shirt when I got up LOL! π
So, I took some pictures of Jenna and Merida today, in honor of St. Patrick’s Day π
Don’t they look so cute? I love Julie’s Patchwork top on Jenna! π
Here’s an overview of Jenna’s outfit. I think the red flats look so great with the outfit π
And of course, here’s my feisty, independent, Merida! I just love the expression on her face π
I had to put a green bow in her hair so she wouldn’t get pinched by her older brothers or Julie. They are quite the pinchers π π
“Happy St. Patrick’s Day!!” The toddlers will watch VeggieTales “The Sumo of The Opera” today since it has a short story in it that tells about St. Patrick’s Day, and the rest wanna watch Brave, since a few of our newest family members haven’t seen it yet π
What will you and your dolls do today? Will you eat corned beef and cabbage?
Have a great day! π

The Disappearing Heirs Season 2~ The Crown Reclaimed: Part 6
To see the previous part, just scroll down a post π
As we walked through the small village, a little girl with red pigtails came up to me. “Excuse me, can you help us?” The little girl asked softly and shyly. I looked around for a mother or a father, but there was no one around. “Help you with what?” I asked kindly.
Then another little girl with big blue eyes came up beside the other girl and stared up at me.
“Where are your parents?” I inquired.
The two girls glanced at each other with sadness behind their eyes. I wanted to help them, but I couldn’t if they weren’t willing to be open with me.
A young lady began walking by us and I stopped her. “Excuse me, miss, do you know these children and where they live?” I asked her.
The lady looked at the children with pity and then back at me. “They’re orphans. They have no home.” She whispered.
My heart ached for these kids. They were so young and sweet, I couldn’t imagine them living on the streets. “There isn’t an orphanage here?” I inquired.
“No. The stewardess doesn’t want to spend the money on building one. She doesn’t care about anyone or anything, except for money. They are only a couple of the orphans here, there are many more.” The lady replied.
“Well, can’t the people here pitch in some money to build one?” Monica suggested.
“Yeah, or even, why doesn’t anyone give them a place to live for now?” Corinne asked.
“No one can afford anything like that. The taxes here are sky high. Folks around here barely have enough money to buy supper for the table.” The lady explained.
Another lady walked by us and stopped, gazing directly at me. “How dare you wear clothes like that here! This is absolutely inconceivable!” The woman shouted. Then Corinne mouthed the words “You should’ve worn the dress.” at me. I just sighed and shrugged it off.
“I’ve never seen you here before. Who are you?” The woman asked with suspicion.
“I’m Allie Gramer, the rightful heir to the throne of Feorden.” I said proudly.
“Y- you’re the lost princess?” The other young lady stammered.
“Yes, I am. And I want to help restore the peace and happiness of this kingdom.” I stated with a smile.
The other woman laughed and said, “Good luck with that, dearie. The palace guards wouldn’t even let you enter the palace. And even if they did, the stewardess would deny you as the lost princess.”
The other lady came up to me and whispered, “Can you really restore this kingdom?”
“Yes, I will do everything I can.” I replied boldly.
She gave me a hopeful smile and said, “Then go. The sooner this kingdom is restored, the better.”
As I was walking past her, she stopped me. “I have to tell you that the stewardess is insanely stubborn and obsessed with ruling. She will not easily give up the throne to you.” She warned.
“Whether it’s easy or not, really doesn’t matter, because I am taking back the throne no matter what. But thank you for the warning, miss.” I saidΒ gratefully.
She smiled and said, “You can call me Adella. Best of luck to you,Β Your Highness.”
That’s the end of this part! Next part coming soon! π

What A Surprise!
Eli and Kristoff were sitting in Eli’s “bedroom” playing with Pepper. “I can’t wait to watch Big Hero 6 tonight!” Kristoff exclaimed and Eli replied, “Me too! Baymax is the best!”
“Well, I’m gonna go get a cupcake.” Kristoff said, raising to his feet.
“So, do you think Rebecca’s petition worked?” Annika asked her sister.
“Mommy definitely seemed to be considering the idea when we gave it to her. I really hope she listens to it, though! It would be so good for Eli, and Kristoff, too!” Jess said hopefully and Annika nodded her head.
“This place sure is different than San Francisco…”
“Kristoff I already told you, ask mommy if you can have a third cupcake and then I’ll give you one.” Jess told her little brother. “But, she’s probably busy!” Kristoff protested. “Kristoff, just go ask her!” Jess ordered.
“OH MY GOSH!!” “YES IT WORKED!!” “I’M SO EXCITED!!!” Everyone turned their heads to all the screams from the living room.
“What’s goin’ on?” Eli asked Annika who shrugged her shoulders. She was just as clueless as he was.
After a few minutes, Riven-Delle came in the room with a huge smile on her face. “Annika, Jess! It worked! The petition we all signed, you know? Mommy listened to it!” Riven-Delle said so quickly that it was hard for Annika and Jess to understand what was going on.
Riven-Delle pulled the curtain aside and said, “Meet Julie and Dallas!”
“Oh, my gosh!! A new brother AND sister?! We expected a brother, but oh my, what a surprise to get another sister, too!!” Annika squealed. “My name is Annika, and this is Elijah, but we call him Eli, and there’s Kristoff and Jess.” Annika continued, pointing to each one.
“It’s nice to meet you! I’m Julie and I’m 12. I heard about the petition you all signed for mommy to get Eli another brother. That was really nice of you guys!” Julie said with a smile. Eli smiled broadly in shock when he heard this. Only a few weeks ago, Eli had been wanting a brother more his own age. He had told Riven-Delle about it, so he guessed that she must have told everyone else. He was so blown away and extremely appreciative to all his sisters.
“Hey, Eli! Hi Kristoff! You already know this, but my name is Dallas. I’m 10.” Dallas introduced himself to his new brothers.
“I’m 10, too! Kristoff is 7.” Eli said as he motioned to Kristoff.
“Hi.” Kristoff said shyly.
“Cool! Do you like video games?” Dallas asked anxiously.
“I love video games! Hey, lemme show you my little bedroom corner, as I like to call it. You’ll probably be sharing with me now!” Eli said excitedly.
“So where do you come from, Julie?” Annika asked her new sister. “I lived at an orphanage in San Francisco. Dallas was there too!” Julie replied.
“Oh, how magnifique (mah-nyee-feek)! I’ve always wanted to visit San Francisco! Have you gone across the bridge?” Riven-Delle wondered.
“Oh, yeah! I’ve gone across the bridge a few times!” Julie said with a smile. She was happy that someone was interested in what she had to tell about San Francisco.
“So, how did mommy come to adopt you?” Jess asked.
Julie smiled and said, “Well, as she was waiting to meet with Dallas, I was sitting right next to her, waiting to meet some other people who wanted to adopt me, but that didn’t end up working out. Anyways, her and I were talking a lot, and well, we just felt a special connection. So after she had spoken with Dallas, she talked to me some more, and asked if I’d like to come live with her. And I agreed whole-heartedly!” Annika sighed. “That is so sweet! I’m so glad you came to live with us, Julie!”
Riven-Delle placed her arm around Julie and said, “I am, too! Well, we should all go in the living room with the others and get to know Julie and Dallas a little
