Heartland ~ A Photoshoot
Hi everyone!! ๐
Wow, it feels like every time when I’m just about ready to officially stop posting, I suddenly get a burst of inspiration and just NEED to post something! XD
Okay, so here’s the deal. I’ve been binge watching the show Heartland lately and I basically adore Ty and Amy. So much so that I just had to do a photoshoot inspired by them. and this also might be a thing I start doing. And I’m also gonna buy a DSLR. Also why aren’t there people on Etsy who make epic doll costume replicas. #rude.
AAAANNYWAYYYSSS
Let’s get on with the photoshoot! ๐
(yes this is Weston in a different wig. I’ve also put girl wigs on him. I love not gluing wigs down. XD )
AWWWWWWWWW
That’s the sound of me dying of shippy feels. XD
It felt so strange getting my dolls and gear together and heading out back to take pictures. I honestly don’t remember the last time I was in my backyard… XD But it made me really happy doing this again and I just feel all inspired like I wanna TAKE ON THE WORLD!!! But really, that means I just wanna take a ton of photos. XD
I had trouble thinking of how to do poses. I don’t know if it’s cause I was using a guy and a girl or if I’m just out of practice… but I’m hoping to fix that. ๐
Anyway, how have you all been? It feels like it’s been ages since I’ve talked to you guys! I miss you. <3
What characters do you ship? Do you like Weston better with the brown or blonde hair better? Do you watch Heartland? What’s the weather like where you live?
Have a great day, guys!

Guys….. I’m 18.ย
Yep, you read that right. The 14 year old girl who started a doll blog is 18 today and still happily blogging with her dolls.
It’s been so weird lately thinking that I’m gonna be 18 – that’s when you’re considered an adult! So this is very strange for me. I don’t feel like I should be 18, but I am, and in a way – I can feel that I am. It’s just super strange. XD
It’s also been scary thinking that I’m gonna be an adult now. I know things won’t flip like a switch and the adult thing will be a process, but it is kinda scary thinking of the responsibility and everything. It is exciting, though, and I can’t wait to see what God has in store for my future! ๐
I had plannedย to do a birthday photoshoot today, but I got really distracted this morning and need to get ready to go out with my mom, so I’ll leave you with this picture of the lovely Jocelyn – the doll who looks most like me ๐
Thank you all for being my friends, for encouraging me, being a huge support and motivation, for just being awesome and sticking with me for all these years! I’m so grateful to have you all as my friends! <3
Love,
~Jaclynn~
What Would You Name Her? ~September 2016
Hello, girls! Long time since I did one of these, right? Well, at least it hasn’t been a year. XD
I’m absolutely in love with this new doll, so I decided I needed to do a NTD with her! ๐
Now, you all know how this game works, Iโm sure, but here are the rules just the same:
Comment below your favorite names for this doll โ Iโm going to limit you to choosing a maximum of 10 names only โ this will make things easier for me when going through the suggestions later ?
I will choose my 5 favorite names out of the ones you suggested and post them here on September 19thย for you all to vote for your favorite one. Iโll post the winning name on Septemberย 24th
Now, get thinking! ๐

Masquerade~ Part 10
See Part 8 hereย and Part 9 here ๐
“This is it.”ย I thought as I approached the farm. It looked so much more run down than I recalled. They must have gotten along terribly after everything happened…
“Hello! Anyone home?” I called out.
“Can I help you, Sir?” A young pregnant woman called from the stream near the house.
I dismounted my horse and walked over to the young woman who was now in front of the house with a pail of water in hand. “How do you do, Ma’am. I was hoping to find Liesel Bennet here.” I greeted.
“I’m afraid I don’t know any Liesel Bennets… Or even a Liesel for that matter.” The woman said.
“She used to live here with her mother and father. Do you maybe know her mother? Mrs. Amelia Bennet?” I asked, desperate for answers.
The young lady swept her hair out of her face as though in deep thought. “No, I’m sorry. My late husband and I bought this place from an elderly woman, Ms. Donalds about two years ago. Never knew anyone else owned it.”
“Ms. Donalds… Do you know where she’s staying now? Perhaps she knows where I can find the Bennets.”
“Um… I’m sorry to tell you this, but, Ms. Donalds passed away. Not long after my husband… There was a terrible epidemic…” She said solemnly.
“Oh, I’m so sorry.” I turned my head away to hide my disappointment.
“Would you like to come inside? I have some lemonade ready for my son, but there’s plenty if you’d like some.” She offered kindly.
“That’s kind of you, but I should be going. Thank you for your help.”
ย ย Before I could say another word, a small boy around 7 years old came running up.ย
“Mama! Mama! I caught myself a fish!” He yelled proudly.
“That’s wonderful, Charlie! We’ll have us a real feast tonight.” His mother praised. It was then I realized just how poor they were. Just a widowed mother with a child on the way, it must be hard to make end’s meet. If one fish caught with nothing more than a little net was a feast, I’d hate to know what their every day meal was like.
“Charlie, I want you to say hello to…?”
“Edmund Richardson. It’s nice to meet you, Charlie.” I flashed him a friendly smile.
“Go on inside now and get washed up, okay?” His mother instructed.
“Okay, Mama.”
“I’m sorry I couldn’t be more help to you. Good luck on your search.” The kindly woman said with a smile.
Before I headed off, I glanced at my fishing rod and I knew I had one last thing to do.
“Hey, Charlie! Come here a second.” I called him over just before they disappeared into the house.
“I want you to have this.” I said, holding out my fishing rod.
He looked at me, as though unsure if he should accept it or not.
“It’s okay, honey. Go on.” His mother gave her approval…
And he came over and grabbed the rod, a smile so wide on his cute little face.
“Look, Mama! My very own pole!” He exclaimed.
“It’s lovely, son. What do you say to Mr. Richardson?”
He beamed up at me and said thank you and I nodded.
“Can I go catch another fish for supper, Mama?” Little Charlie asked. “Alright, but be home before supper.”
“That was very kind of you, Mr. Richardson. I think it’s just about the greatest gift he’s ever received.” His mother thanked me with grateful tears in her eyes. ย “Before you go, I just remembered, there is a new princess in Uceda by the name of Liesel. She was close to poverty when the prince asked for her hand. Maybe she’s the one you’re looking for?”
“Thank you. I’ll be sure to look into it.” I said with a bow of my head.
As I rode away from the old farm, I couldn’t help but worry. If that was Liesel who married the prince, there was no way she was happy with him. ย I certainly hope she’s not married….

2 Fillies & A Colt~ A Photostory
You’re all probably doing this right now – *rechecks title* Does that really say photostory?
Yes, yes, it does! I’ve finally made a photostory! YAY!!
Annika will take over now ๐
Sometimes when I stand by the door to the backyard and I feel the cool breeze sweeping over me and hear the birds chirping, I just feel called to go outside. That’s what happened to me today. It was so beautiful outside I just had to go out and be surrounded by the fresh air.
And then I saw our ponies playing in the lawn.
I smiled gleefully as I watched them. They were so adorable, it killed me.
Sparks Flying was the first to notice me. He stared at me, a gleam in his eye. Then he ran over to me.
“Hey, you good boy!” I greeted as I stroked his fluffy face. Nothing better than the fluffy fur of a pony. Well, maybe there is, but to me, it was one of the most amazing feelings in the world.
It wasn’t long before Luthien and Eowyn noticed me and trotted over to us.
Eowyn lifted her muzzle under my arm to make me pet her and I giggled as she did so. These two girlies were jealous of the attention I was giving Sparks Flying.
“Don’t be jealous, you two! I love you all very much.” I cooed.
I could have stayed out there forever. These ponies definitely held a special place in my heart.
Awww…. I love my horses, but I hardly ever use them! It felt good to give these little ponies some attention ๐
Have you ever pet a pony?
