Colonial Julie~ A Photoshoot

Hey guys! I hope you’re having a great week so far πŸ™‚ I was very busy today, but this evening I looked outside and decided that the lighting was great for a photoshoot, so I grabbed Julie and headed outside to take some pictures. I hope you like them! I am personally very fond ofΒ them πŸ™‚

  • Julie is GORGEOUS! Her hair looks so new and shiny!!! Great pics!
I was gonna ask, I’m planning on getting MyAG #47 this weekend (dark skin, brown eyes, dark brown straight hair) and I was wondering if you had any name suggestions. Thanks!

    • I agree! I absolutely love her! πŸ™‚ Thank you! πŸ˜€
Oh, I’m so sorry, but I am really terrible at thinking up names. I’m sorry, I wish I could help you πŸ™
But congratulations!! She’s such a cute doll! πŸ˜€

      • Oh that’s okay! I was thinking either Iris or Nora. Do those sound good?
Thanks! I’m so excited to get her!

        • Oooh, yeah! I think I like Iris best for her, but I know whatever you choose will be great! πŸ™‚
I bet! Getting a new doll is always so exciting! πŸ˜€

  • Pretty photos! Julie doesn’t exactly strike me as colonial because of her hair, but I think she looks good in Felicity’s dress. It’s pretty on her. πŸ™‚

  • She does, in fact, make a great colonial girl…..from the back she kind of resembles Elizabeth, Felicity’s friend! LOL! πŸ™‚

  • I love the pictures, Jaclynn! Julie is beautiful. πŸ™‚ So cute. I love the combination of brown eyes and blond.

  • Julie looks stunning in purple.

  • Julie looks great in Felicity’s meet dress! πŸ˜€ I never would’ve thought to put colonial clothes on her, but I really like the look. πŸ˜‰

    • I think so, too! Yeah, it’s fun to see how good modern dolls can look in historical outfits! πŸ™‚

  • Great photos! If you braid her hair and put one of Felicity’s mob caps on Julie, she’d be ready to celebrate the 1976 Bicentennial. I remember dressing as a colonial and walking along Main Street. We were the Liberty Belles.

  • Julie makes and excellent colonial girl! All she needs is a bonnet or straw hat. πŸ™‚

    • You’re right! I just decided to skip on a hat because I wanted her pretty hair to show more πŸ™‚

  • So pretty! The purple brings out just a really beautiful thing in Julie!
