Photoshoot of Annika & Her Friend Cecile
The day I got Annika I went straight to my friends house to play with our new dolls. When we were leaving I noticed how beautiful their front yard was for picture taking. I just had to take some pictures!

On their way to check the mail Cecile got a bit distracted, “WOW! What’s that?!?” Cecile exclaimed.
“Oh, it’s a basketball hoop!” Annika answered.
“It’s SO BIG!!” Cecile exclaimed again.

“Cece! Get down! You could fall and hurt yourself!” Annika said.

*Note- I am so shocked that I took my brand new doll outside and placed her on the ground!! I don’t know what came over me!! I must be coming out of my shell- Hehe!* 😀

Yes, they are! Like seriously- $34 for outfits for dolls? I could buy multiple pieces of clothing for myself that would cost less than that! LOL! 😛

You know, you could buy outfits from other doll clothes makers. Do you ever do that? I mean, Springfield doll clothes are cheap-in both ways. 😛 But if you want some modern doll clothes, then you could get those. And then there are so many Etsy shops and people on eBay selling doll clothes. There are a lot of options! 😉
Yeah, I have some things from Springfield and I don’t think I’m going to buy from them again. I’m not happy with a couple of the sets I purchased from them.
But, then you have to pay shipping- Hehe! 😛
There are a lot of options, but I prefer to buy from AG- yes, they’re expensive, but everything is cuter and much better quality 😀

The only thing you should really worry about is her hair! If her limbs fall off there are TONS of websites where your mom could find out how to replace her!! Maybe not something you want to think about the second day of getting her… Well any way my mom replaced Kristen’s legs (only one fell off)
And it took her about 10 minutes.AND that was after at least 5-6 years of wild play,hair cutting and stuff like that!!

Well she didn’t get hurt so she is fine! (What a wonderful mother I am aren’t I?) You know why they are $110 right? Well first off is because the name and secondly the high quality!! I mean if you look at the $20 dolls they are not well made and fall apart by well like a touch (exaggeration) And again I was SUPER careful!!! I know I am probably CRAZY!! But if you look at some other people lets just say thank goodness the dolls are not real..
I would cry to LOL. So are you satisfied with the buy? Do you think that the hair in the catalog was exaggerated?

Yay! Annika is so cute! I’m so happy she isn’t sick anymore (: How does she like her new home? I remember bringing the twins Becky and Luke home (they’re adopted). What a big day! Congratulations!

Lol! I know, I don’t take my dolls outside for pictures that often, because 1: I don’t have a blog, 2: the weather has NOT been very nice up here recently, and doesn’t even get nice until July, and 3: I’m scared they might fall in a mud puddle or something like that! But when the weather is nice, or if it’s snowing, which is really rare up here, then sometimes I take them outside.
Oh okay. Yeah, I would too, if I just got Saige and something happened to her 🙁

Oh my GOODNESS!!!!!!! Annika Cecile are SO PRETTY!!!!! I have Cecile as well! I have a question: I do not know which doll I should save up for next….Saige or Addy! Here is why: Saige is so pretty and love loves art (ME TOO!!!!) and Addy, well I am in love with her story (which I just finished reading!) What should I do?

Hmmm.. Well I would get Saige. The reason why is because she’s only here for one year and you said more about her than you did Addy. And Addy isn’t going to be retiring soon (although I think she would be the next one to retire) so you would still have a chance to get her after you buy Saige 😉
Also, think about who you’ve been looking at and drooling over most- whoever it is- she’s the one for you 😉

Yeah, their clothes are cheap. And I’d be afraid to leave the clothes on for a long period of time because they might stain my doll! That would be a tragedy! Yeah, I like AG clothes. At least, I’d like to have some. 🙂

No, not really. It is not that I wouldn’t like AG clothes. I have an AG outfit that came with my Josefina doll, and it looks like her meet outfit, but it isn’t!!! I am not sure what it is. 😛 But I thought maybe it is an older version of her meet outfit? I don’t really know.
Really? Well, my sister has some AG catalogs from when she was little so I’ll look in there and see if she had a different one 😉

Okay! I would really like to know what the outfit that Josefina has is. It looks almost the same. But the skirt has clover leaves on it. And the lace is different at the bottom of the skirt.

I have never taken my dolls outside-well, maybe I took Josefina out on the steps. Nothing else. But I don’t really care to either. my best reason would be to take pictures. Mostly because outside is a better background. 😉

ADORABLE! Cecile’s so pretty and Annika is ADORABLE! Did I spell her name right? Annika? Wow! I took Jasmine and Emilie outside the day I got them! Then left them in my dad’s truck while my BFF’s and I were inside eating ice cream cones to celebrate my Bday. THEIR SKIN GOT ALL MUSHY :O (the dolls) I was relieved when we finally got them inside my BFF’s house!
