Hi everyone! Recently I was going through some old pictures I took from like 2009-ish, and I thought it would be fun to show you all 🙂
First off, this is a picture of all my stuffed animals (at that time) set up on my floor as Spirit preached to them about the Prodigal Son. I called it Beanie Church 😉 Oh, and you see that little white goat down there that’s tied up? Yeah… He’s bad so he had to be tied up to keep him from going crazy. Kinda funny that his name is Fred the Friendly Goat, isn’t it? XD
I took this photo of Beth around Christmas time. I think she looks so precious 🙂
O_O Did that really used to be all I had? I can’t even remember what that was like! XD Oh, just an FYI for those who don’t know, but Addy and Josefina are my sister’s dolls 😉

Crazy Play!
Apparently I am in a crazy weird mood today, because this post was just gonna be a normal story of Jane going to the doctor, but it turned into something MUCH more than that! Jane will take it from here 🙂
I walked up to the front desk at the doctor’s office to sign in for my annual checkup. The lady appeared to be busy and I don’t think she noticed I was there, so I cleared my throat to get her attention.
“Oh, hello! Do you have an appointment?” The lady asked, looking up from her work.
“Yes, it’s with Dr. Albright for 2 o’clock.” I replied.
“Ah, yes! Jane Potter! Could you just fill out this form for me, please?” She asked as she handed me a form and a pencil. I filled out all my information then took my seat in the waiting area until finally the doctor called my name.
“Jane!” She called, pushing aside the curtain, and I went to her.
“Hey what are you guys doing?” Eli asked.
“Oh, we’re playing doctor.” I answered as I turned to face him.
“Cool! I’ll be the doctor!” He said as he entered the room. Julie glanced at me with that “Oh boy” look and I tried not to smile.
“Have a seat, please!” He said in a British accent and I did as I was told.
“Now, I will listen to your heartbeat.” He said as he held a calculator up to my heart (It’s supposed to be a stethoscope. We didn’t have one, so we had to use what we had on hand 😉 ).
Eli suddenly gasped very dramatically. “OH NO!!! NURSE!! OUR PATIENT IS DYING!!!” Eli shouted with his hands in the air.
“Wait, what?!” Julie shouted back in confusion.
“SEND FOR THE INVISIBLE MONKEYS!!” Eli cried.
“Invisible monkeys?” I asked with a giggle. I didn’t know where this was going!
“So you know, don’t you?!” Eli inquired and at first I just stared at him, but then I flashed him a playful grin.
“Yes! Yes, I am beginning to feel it in my heart!” I said as I lied down dramatically. Eli laughed at my quote. He’s such a LOTR fan, just like me. “There is only one thing that can save me!” I continued.
“What is it?!” Eli asked frantically.
“Waffles…” I whispered. Inside I was trying so hard not to laugh at how ridiculous this was!
“What is going on?” Julie asked in bewilderment. I don’t think she was all that good at playing games with guys yet, otherwise she would know that things get insane when a boy gets involved with your story.
“It’s improv, Jules! Just go along with it and be crazy and random!” I whispered. “Ooooh…” She said.
Julie leaned over the table and pretended to cry. “WE. HAVE. NO MORE WAFFLES!!!” She cried.
“Then there is only one more thing to do!” Eli said as he stood on the examining table.
“WHAT IS IT?! I’ll do ANYTHING!!” Julie cried.
“You must sing about waffles!” Eli said to me. “Do you think it will work?” I asked with worry. “It’s worth a try!” He said with determination. “Alright. Waaaafflessss! I love them buuuuutteryyyy! And with syyyyrrruuuup!” I sang and Julie was busting up!
All of a sudden, Caleb walked in the room! “Hi!” He said with a giggle. My guess is that he was laughing at how silly we all looked and sounded. “OH NO!! HE’S THE ONE THAT STOLE ALL THE WAFFLES!!” Julie cried as she climbed on top of the table to avoid him.
“I cookie!” He said. That’s his way of saying that he wants a cookie.
“Now he wants our cookies!!! STAY AWAY!!” Eli said and we all stood and tried to keep our distance from the little “food monster” as I called him.
So that is what my day consisted of! We ended up having to journey half way across the world to find waffles and when we did, I ate them and was healed. Some more of the kids had started playing with us too and we all sang an ending song at the end to close our game. We were all singing so loud and nothing matched or made sense. It was so awesome! It just goes to show that sometimes things don’t always have to make sense when you play, because you can have a ton of fun just being crazy and random with your friends or siblings 🙂

What My Dolls Are Up To
Hey everyone! Yesterday I cleaned out under my bed (my doll’s bedroom) because I’ve been having a ton of baby spiders in my room lately (*shudders*) and the other day I noticed a few under there, so I freaked out… Anyways! Back to the subject of this post – I set up my dolls to where they’re all doing something and I thought it’d be fun to show you what they’re up to 🙂
So here’s the overview! Some of them are hiding behind the curtains, though LOL!
Over here, Dallas is getting Pepper out of his bed so he, Eli, and Jeremy can play with him. Rapunzel is asking if she can play with him, too and Lissie is trying to get a book, but Dallas is in the way. You can kinda see Clara back there just hanging out 🙂
Bella, Ellie, and Snow are being as sweet as can be playing with Licorice 🙂
Belinda is helping Cecile with some school.
And Merida wants Belinda for something…. Probably to help her climb something 😛
And of course Caleb and Kendra are fighting and screaming at the top of their lungs. Kristoff is trying to pull Caleb off of Kendra and Annika starts to intervene. Mickey and Minnie are sad and scared by their fighting as usual, too 😉
Kanani, Riven-Delle, and Annika had all been talking, but then stopped instantly when they noticed Caleb and Kendra fighting. Anna was gonna talk to Riven-Delle, but also stopped when she noticed the fight.

And oh, dear! Marie-Grace was talking to Saige (who is painting) when she was supposed to be practicing her singing, so Lana told her to stop talking to Saige, Marie-Grace got mad, and now Jess came over and is trying to tell Lana that it’s okay for Marie-Grace to talk to Saige. My goodness!
Josefina and Kirsten were about to bake and are now trying to persuade Rebecca into helping them, too. Addy was talking to Kirsten 🙂

American Girl February Release 2015
I was having a heart-attack last night (not literal, I was just SUPER excited)!!! My dad was asleep in the other room and I was trying SO hard not to yell and scream over everything!! LOL! 😛

Samantha’s Travel Coat & Hat $32- Oh. My. Gosh. I can not even type in all caps because I am so dead over this coat. 😀
Samantha’s Travel Bag Set $28- This is adorable!! It’s an adorable little carpet bag!!! I can’t help but think of Mary Poppins. I love carpet bags, thanks to her 😀
Samantha’s Painting Set $36- This is cute, but the easel is way too much like Saige’s 😉
Samantha’s Summertime Treats $45- I love this set!! It’s so cute!! I love the little petits fours and the napkins!! 😀
Samantha’s Outdoor Serving Set $75- This is amazing!! I’ve always loved those serving carts!! 😀 Oh, and this set and the above treats can also be bought as one set for $120 🙂
Samantha’s Gazebo Garden Set $268- OMGOSH!!!! THIS IS AWESOME!!!! IT’S HUGE!!! I really want this!! The Gazebo alone is $200. That’s not bad at all!! I’m positive that I will be buying this someday!
Julie’s Skateboarding Set $48- This is okay, I’m not too fond of the colors 🙂
Julie’s Mix-Print Maxi Dress $28- I AM SO IN LOVE WITH THIS!!! But wait- why is this only $28 with quite a few accessories, but Samantha’s Coat & Hat is $32? 😛
Modern Fancy Shawl Outfit $48- I love this!! It is so cute and I absolutely adore the red on Kaya! I also really like the white on her! 😀
Kit’s Chicken Keeping Set $48- AWWWWW!!! I totally LOVE this outfit!! And oh my goodness, that chicken looks so soft and sweet and cuddly! 😀
Addy’s Dress & Sewing Set $48- I LOVE the colors of this outfit!!!! And the sewing stuff is super cute, too!! 😀
Rebecca’s Seashore Set $48- I’m sorry, but I don’t really like this. It looks way too modern to me, and those boots literally look like boots that girls wear today. I will say that the chair is cute, though 🙂

Shimmer & Lace Party Dress $30- This is SO CUTE!! I love the color and how lacy it is! 😀

Pretty Pink Tutu Set $28- Again, it’s cute, but I won’t be buying either of them 🙂 You can also buy both of them in a set together for $62 😉
Boho Beachy Swimsuit $28- YAY! A one piece at last! 😛 I like the colors and design of this, but I don’t really like the ribbons 🙂
Beachy Hair Beads $15- These are okay. They look kinda cheapy and plastic-y in the hair to me 😛
Sunshine Garden Outfit $30- This is SOOO CUTE!! 😀
Sparkly Jazz Outfit $34- I have nothing positive to say about this and I don’t want to offend anyone, so let’s just move on 🙂
Soccer Team Outfit $38- This is kinda cute! I mainly want the soccer ball, though LOL! Clara looks adorable in it, too! 🙂
Sparkle Spa Robe $24- I like this, but I’d rather it be a longer robe 🙂 I love how soft and plushy it looks though! 😀
Sunshine Gardening Bench Set $68- This is adorable!! It made me realize that I don’t have a doll that likes gardening yet! Hmm…. I wonder what doll I want could fit that role…. 😛

Alright, so that was the entire release (except for the girl’s sized clothes 😉 )!! I am VERY happy with this release!! And A LOT of new items have gone on my wishlist!! I think my favorite item in this release is Samantha’s Gazebo. I can not get over how amazing that is! 😀

Caleb Plays With His Car
Today was finally pretty cold (and by that I mean like 65), so I let Kaya take Caleb in the backyard so he could play 🙂
“Alright, Caleb, you go on and play.” Kaya told her little brother.
Before Kaya had finished her sentence Caleb was already rolling his little police car all over the place!
“Uh oh!” Caleb said as his car went under the gate. He tried and tried to get it out, but he couldn’t reach it!
Kaya was looking around, just enjoying the cold air.
“Kaya!” Caleb called his sister. “What’s wrong, Caleb?” Kaya asked. “Help!” Caleb yelled.
“What is it?” Kaya asked once she reached her brother. “I can’t each (no, I left the r out on purpose 😉 )!” Caleb said as he pointed to his car.
Kaya giggled. “It’s okay! I’ll get it for you.”
Kaya stretched her arm under as far as she could, but she couldn’t reach it either.
“We’ll have to go on the other side. I’ll ask mama to unlock the gate.” Kaya explained as Caleb stared sadly at his car.
I opened the gate for them and Caleb instantly ran to his car. After a few minutes Kaya said, “Caleb, we should probably go back inside now. It’s getting colder and windier.”
Caleb looked up at his sister with a face that said, “No, I don’t want to!”
Before Kaya knew it, Caleb had picked up his car and moved to another spot to play. Boy he moved fast! “Caleb! Come on we have to go inside!” Kaya called.
Caleb stared back at his sister. “No, no!” He yelled.
“Caleb, come here.” Kaya said sternly.
Caleb plopped himself on the ground and crossed his arms. “No.” He said.
Kaya sighed and walked over to him. “Caleb, mommy told me to bring you inside once it started getting colder. We can come back out and play tomorrow, okay?” Kaya said sweetly.
Caleb looked away. “Okaaaayyy…” He said, disappointed.
Kaya took his hand gently and they went inside. Caleb ended up being happy to go inside because he got to watch VeggieTales and have a cookie 🙂

I’ve noticed a few blogs have been taking family photos of their dolls, and I’ve always wanted to do that, but because I have so many, it would take HOURS to get them all ready, so I never did it. But- it is time to stop being lazy, LOL! 😛

I took a family photo of all of my AG dolls (including my sisters) on Saturday and I think it turned out great! It was so neat to see them all set up together 🙂 I was going to do a family photo that included everyone in my doll family, which would include MyTwinn, Disney Toddler Dolls, and other baby dolls, but I didn’t have room anywhere to get a picture of all of them! So maybe some day I’ll get a family picture of my non-AG dolls 😉

Hi girls! Happy First Day of Fall!! I can’t believe fall is here already, summer just flew by, didn’t it?? Now, the only thing stinky about fall (for me anyways) is that it’s time for me to go back to school…. 😕

Throwback Thursday- Then and Now
Well, this is pretty exciting! I’ve never done a Throwback Thursday before, but today I really felt like doing one!
This was my table at my first craft fair in May of 2010. I only knew how to make beanies and ruffled hats. I wasn’t even making bonnets yet!
And this is my table at the last craft fair I did in December of 2013. Now I have mostly outfits and costumes! I think it is so neat to see how far I have come in my crocheting. I can’t wait for my next craft fair in May! I’m sure Anna and Elsa will be a huge hit! 🙂
