Masquerade~ Part 8
Okay, everyone settle down so I can begin this post! XD
I bet you’re all super happy to see this, huh? I got a splurge of inspiration today and finally figured everything out for the rest of this story! I’m SO excited to get the rest of the story posted and I hope you’re all just as excited as I am! 😀

As I walked through the streets that warm summer day, I found myself lost in deep thought. Why did I ever leave? Yes, I was terrified, but couldn’t I at least have confessed? Couldn’t I have confided in her?
“Please don’t go, Edmund.” Her pleas rang clear as a bell in my mind. “I don’t want to, but I have to.” I had said. “But why? Can’t you just tell me?” She asked of me as tears filled her striking green eyes. “I can’t. I’m sorry.” Was my vague and ridiculous reply.
“Remember me.” She requested just before she turned to leave. I’ve always remembered you. But did she still remember me? Did she even spare the slightest thought for me, even after all these years of being apart?
I shook my head. There’s no way. But it was time for me to go back, time for me to face her and find out for sure.
“Good day, Edmund!” Nicole, a good friend of mine, greeted as she joined my pace.
“Hello, Nicole.” I greeted, forcing a smile. She was my friend, but I wanted to be alone for the moment.
“Is something wrong?” She inquired.
After what I had learned after leaving home all those years ago, I knew it was best for me to come clear. “I’m leaving, Nicole. It’s time for me to go home.” I admitted.
“And to see her again, right?” She asked with a knowing smile.
“It was wrong of me to leave her that way. It’s high time I face her and make up for my mistakes. I thought I could beat this on my own, but I realize I need her now more than ever.” I explained, my heart heavy.
“Well, I certainly wish you well, Edmund. Be safe.” Nicole bid with a friendly grin.
“Thank you. For everything.” Nicole had helped me through a lot these past years and I was eternally grateful to her.
It’s time to come clean.

Hi there! How have you all been lately? I’ve been pretty good, but feeling kinda meh today, but I’m not gonna let that stop me from making a post for you 🙂
I took these pictures of Cecile a week or two ago and I just have to say, I love how they turned out! She looks so adorable 😀
Isn’t is so sad that Cecile is retired now? I mean, she is such a gorgeous doll 🙁
She looks so great in Grace’s Travel Coat! I can’t even handle it LOL!
Just wondering, do any of your dolls have this weird eye problem? I think her eyes are too far back or something, cause there’s like some weird green plastic-y thing showing…

What My Dolls Are Up To
Hey everyone! Yesterday I cleaned out under my bed (my doll’s bedroom) because I’ve been having a ton of baby spiders in my room lately (*shudders*) and the other day I noticed a few under there, so I freaked out… Anyways! Back to the subject of this post – I set up my dolls to where they’re all doing something and I thought it’d be fun to show you what they’re up to 🙂
So here’s the overview! Some of them are hiding behind the curtains, though LOL!
Over here, Dallas is getting Pepper out of his bed so he, Eli, and Jeremy can play with him. Rapunzel is asking if she can play with him, too and Lissie is trying to get a book, but Dallas is in the way. You can kinda see Clara back there just hanging out 🙂
Bella, Ellie, and Snow are being as sweet as can be playing with Licorice 🙂
Belinda is helping Cecile with some school.
And Merida wants Belinda for something…. Probably to help her climb something 😛
And of course Caleb and Kendra are fighting and screaming at the top of their lungs. Kristoff is trying to pull Caleb off of Kendra and Annika starts to intervene. Mickey and Minnie are sad and scared by their fighting as usual, too 😉
Kanani, Riven-Delle, and Annika had all been talking, but then stopped instantly when they noticed Caleb and Kendra fighting. Anna was gonna talk to Riven-Delle, but also stopped when she noticed the fight.

And oh, dear! Marie-Grace was talking to Saige (who is painting) when she was supposed to be practicing her singing, so Lana told her to stop talking to Saige, Marie-Grace got mad, and now Jess came over and is trying to tell Lana that it’s okay for Marie-Grace to talk to Saige. My goodness!
Josefina and Kirsten were about to bake and are now trying to persuade Rebecca into helping them, too. Addy was talking to Kirsten 🙂

Sadie’s Hope~ Part 2
YAY! Sadie’s Hope has started!! I was going to post the first part, but then we decided that Emma should post it, so be sure to go read the first part on her blog BEFORE reading this part 🙂
Sadie hesitantly followed her. Amy led her outside and down a few blocks until they reached a little shack, from which Sadie could hear lots of loud voices.
Opening the door, Amy gestured to the suddenly silent group of kids.
“Hey, Amy, who’s this?” A dark haired girl inquired.
“This is Sadie-” Amy paused to remember her last name, but soon remembered they hadn’t been properly introduced, “What’s your last name?” Amy questioned. “Darrell.”
Amy nodded her head in acknowledgement and said, “Sadie, these are some friends of mine. We’re a small group of kids who try to help other orphan children who have no home.”
Amy continued and listed their names, “This is Viveca,” Amy gestured to the black haired girl,
“and this is Gretta,” She pointed to the African American,
“and this is Mark.” Amy said and the boy nodded. “What’s she doing here, Amy?” Mark asked, sounding a little annoyed.
“She’s a new–” Amy paused and searched for the right word, “Friend. We are going to help her.”
“We? Nah, I don’t think so.” Mark refused.
“Mark!” Amy shouted.
“Honestly, Mark, why even be in the group if you don’t wanna help out another orphan kid?” Viveca questioned with annoyance. Mark rolled his eyes. Sadie knew there was going to be a lot of tension between Mark and her, if he was going to help.
“What do you even want our help with?” Mark asked, eyes suspicious.
“I need to get my little brother out of the orphanage.” Sadie said.
“Oh, you’re lucky he’s even alive. You know those orphanages are teeming with deadly diseases.” Mark smirked. Sadie felt her face grow hot, and she pursed her lips together to keep from saying anything rude back at him.
“Mark! Really, could you just quit it!” Gretta shouted.
Mark could tell that Sadie was upset, so he asked, “Your brother must feel pretty bad to have a sister like you – you abandoned him, didn’t you?”
Sadie looked at him with wide eyes, trying to hold back her guilt.
Mark snickered and said, “I knew it.”
Sadie looked down, her cheeks hot. “Mark Campbell, if you say one more unkind word to Sadie, I will take away your food for the week!” Amy shouted, her face burning with anger. Mark frowned, but said no more.
Amy glanced over at Sadie, who’s eyes looked all teary. “Hey, don’t let him bother you. He’s always saying something mean to somebody.” Amy comforted silently.
Sadie looked away, embarrassed that she was letting him get to her. “Yeah, um, when can we go and get him out?” Sadie asked.
“Well, we will have to make a plan first. Anyone got any ideas?” Amy inquired.
“Maybe we,” Gretta pointed to her and Mark, “can distract the lady at the front desk while you two sneak in,” She pointed at Sadie and Amy, “and grab your brother?”
“And what about me?” Viveca asked, feeling a little left out.
“Oh, um, you can come with us to distract the lady, you’re good at coming up with lies!” Gretta added.
Viveca smiled, “Alright, that sounds good to me!”
“Okay! Everything sounds great! We can go as soon as you want, Sadie.” Amy said.
“Well, then, let’s leave now!” Sadie said, quite determined to get her brother back.
“Oh, for a second there I thought you were going to leave him in the orphanage for a couple other days.” Mark grinned devilishly.
Sadie flashed Mark a dirty look and was just about to say something back, when Viveca intervened-
“WELL! We should really get on our way, shall we?” Viveca asked Amy.
“Yes, let’s get going!” Amy agreed.
Mark laughed and followed the girls out the door.

Christmas Eve Decorating!
Merry Christmas Eve, everyone!! Oh, my gosh, can you even believe that tomorrow is Christmas?! I definitely can’t! It seems like it came up way too quickly, and yet it also feels like it’s taken forever to get here LOL! 😛
Today, Annika, Cecile, and Kiara did some Christmas decorating 🙂
“Oooh! I’m so excited to decorate with you guys!” Kiara exclaimed.
Cecile took out a bag and opened it up.
“Look at all the decorations!! I had forgotten about some of them!” Cecile said excitedly.
I then set the tree in place and said, “What do you all think of decorating the tree first?” Annika and Cecile giggled because they had forgotten how large the tree was in comparison to them. “Wow. That’s HUGE! But it’s SOO pretty!” Kiara said, staring wide eyed at the tree.
Annika loves Christmas trees, so she got started right away on fluffing up the branches.
Kiara had joined her, but Cecile walked over, holding up the tree skirt. “Hey, what about the tree skirt?” Cecile asked. She loved putting the tree skirt on!
“That comes after we fix up the branches, Cece, but you can have the job of putting it on!” Kiara said with a smile.
“YAY! Thanks!” Cecile exclaimed.
Soon the branches on the tree were all fixed up, so Cecile crawled under the tree and fastened the tree skirt.
“Oooh! Does this go on the tree?” Kiara asked as she held up some pretty pink garland. “Yep! I love this garland so much! I’m so glad mommy bought it!” Annika said happily.
I trimmed the top of the tree with the garland, and once I had finished, Kiara began working near the bottom. “Now it’s time for the ornaments!” Annika exclaimed.
Kiara picked out a pretty blue ornament and placed it on the tree.
Annika picked out purple, since that was her second favorite color. 🙂
And Cecile grabbed a red one, to match her dress 😉
“Now it’s time for the candy canes!” Annika said, with a candy cane already in hand. Soon, all the decorating was done, but wait, there was still one thing missing…
Since Annika and Cecile had each placed the star on top before, they told Kiara to do it this year 🙂
Then they all stood back and gazed at the pretty tree.

Planning For Hillside
Oh, my goodness! Tomorrow it will mark one week exactly until the Hillside Farms Holiday Craft Fair! I must admit that I haven’t been doing much crocheting for the past couple of months, cause in my head I think “Oh, there’s plenty of time!” and so at night I would just sit and watch movies while doing things on my iPod…. Ugh, so bad. Now that it’s a week away I am feeling majorly stressed! I still have so much to make and so little time! Eeks! 😕
Anyways, I didn’t want to fully neglect all of you for a week, so my mom gave me the idea to post about my preparation for the craft fair! I thought it was a great idea, so here we go!
I usually bring seven of my dolls to the craft fair each year, but since I have SO many new costumes (I’m planning to have every single main Disney Princess dress), I decided that I need to bring them all (and my friend Emma is loaning me one of her dolls to be Merida. Thank you SO much)! But that was a problem. I needed to find a way to make sure they all could fit, and also have some room to lay my other products on the table. So today I got the table out and made all of my dolls fit on top! YAY! 😀 The ones in the back are going to be raised up, too, but I need to buy some more risers, so that’s why they aren’t even with the others 😛
Then after that, I needed to see if our big 30 gallon bin, would hold all 15 dolls, and it did!! But I need to buy a new one for myself because my mom uses that bin for all of her stuff 😉
Now I am off to crochet! This whole next week is going to be crazy busy, but I promise, you will still see some posts from me! 🙂

Family Photo :)
I’ve noticed a few blogs have been taking family photos of their dolls, and I’ve always wanted to do that, but because I have so many, it would take HOURS to get them all ready, so I never did it. But- it is time to stop being lazy, LOL! 😛

I took a family photo of all of my AG dolls (including my sisters) on Saturday and I think it turned out great! It was so neat to see them all set up together 🙂 I was going to do a family photo that included everyone in my doll family, which would include MyTwinn, Disney Toddler Dolls, and other baby dolls, but I didn’t have room anywhere to get a picture of all of them! So maybe some day I’ll get a family picture of my non-AG dolls 😉

Yesterday I walked in my bedroom and heard Saige, Clara, Cecile, and Eli playing. They were being so cute that I just had to take some pictures of them! I started taking pictures a little late into the game, so if you’re confused by something, don’t worry- as a “mom”, I was a little lost on what was going on myself 😛
Saige (who was playing a princess) was writing in her diary when her servant (Clara) walked in.
“Your Highness, those two people who were here earlier would like to see you.” Clara said.
“Oh, yes, please send them in.” Saige said- trying to make her voice sound like an adult.
“Princess, we found something that will help us escape the evil duchess- uh- Melinda Zoosh!” Cecile hesitated as she tried to remember the name of the duchess.
Eli whispered to Clara, “Uh, I think the servant would have left the room.” Clara smiled and said “Oh! Right!” and walked away.
“Oh? And what is it?” The princess asked.
“It’s in this pouch.” Cecile said as she laid a black drawstring pouch on the desk.
The princess opened it and took out an old coin (it’s really supposed to be something else, though 😉 ). “What is this?” The princess asked.
“It’s a travel stone. There were only three made and two have been used already. This is the very last one. We used the second one to get back here.” Eli explained.
“Ah, I see. But- what are we gonna use it for?” The princess inquired.
“We’re going to use it to get everyone in the kingdom away from the Duchess. We’re going back where we came from.” Cecile said. I’m pretty sure Cecile and Eli were really from the land they’re in now, but used a Travel Stone to take them to our modern day world. And then they used another one to bring them back. That’s what I was able to deduce 😉
Saige threw her hands in the air and yelled, “HOLD IT! Time out on playing for a minute! Where on earth is this story going? It keeps getting more and more confusing!”
Cecile turned around and leaned over the bunk bed. “I don’t know! I’m confused, too!!” Cecile exclaimed. “Well, it is improv, it’s not all supposed to make perfect sense like a book, you know.” Eli said a little annoyed.
“Um, do I have a say in what’s going on? I know I’m just a servant, but I’m playing too!” Clara stated.
Cecile put her hand on her head and said, “WAIT! I have an idea!! What if me and Eli are really like minions or whatever to the evil Duchess and she wants everyone to go to another land for some weird reason that we don’t need to say, cause then we’d be really stuck!”
“Oh, that’s cool! I like playing the bad guy!” Eli said, finally getting into the story. I think he was a little bored at first 😛
“Yeah, I like that!” Saige said, reaching her hand out to give Cecile a high five.
“Good idea, Cece!” Clara said.
“Alright, so we should take you guys captive and tie you up or something!” Eli said with a grin. What a boy, right?
After everything had been settled they continued with their story.
They played…
(They’re pretending to be tied up. Looks like Eli got his way 😛 )
And played…
(Now Cecile and Eli were pretending to be different people who were helping Saige and Clara escape. They’re walking over a bridge that’s a 100 ft. high!)
And they played!
(Saige was attacking Cecile cause now Cecile was being bad again 😛 )
After they had finished their game I asked to take a group photo of them. Aren’t they just too cute? 😀
Do you ever have problems when you’re playing and just can’t figure out where the story is going? It happens to me all the time! 😀 😛
