2014 Has Come To An End
WOW! I can not believe that tomorrow we will be in 2015!!! This year went by SO fast for me and I know the years will only go by more and more quickly. I’ve seen a few blogs do a recap on their year, and I thought that would be fun to do! 🙂
On January 1st, Isabelle Palmer was brought into the world of AG 🙂
I bought Samantha off of eBay on January 4th, and on January 14th, I introduced you all to her 🙂
January 21st, I started my series, “A Royal Dilemma”
February 21st, I celebrated my 15th birthday at the American Girl Store and brought Kaya home with me 🙂
I don’t have a picture to go with this one, but on March 23rd, we celebrated my 1 year blogiversary!!!
I welcomed Jess into my doll family on April 8th (but posted about it on the 9th 😉 )!
Wow. I’m a bit insane I think 😛 On May 8th I brought Clara home from the AG store 🙂
May 20th, we heard that American Girl was retiring Ruthie, Ivy, Marie-Grace, and Cecile… So sad 🙁
May 26th, I started my Fire Cove series!! I CAN’T WAIT TO MAKE MORE PIRATE STORIES!! Oops – I got a little carried away LOL! 😛
August 28th was both sad and exciting as we said goodbye to the Historical Characters, and welcomed BeForever, along with Samantha! 🙂
November 6th I introduced you all to Kiara! 😀
December 26th, I showed you my Christmas haul and did a comparison of MAG #61, Saige, and Felicity 😀
And, on December 27th, I started a new photostory series, “The Disappearing Heirs” 😀

The Disappearing Heirs~ Part 3
We left almost immediately after I had decided to go with Princess Katrina and Detective Monica to London. We traveled for hours without stopping. My feet and back ached, and my stomach was growling. Why didn’t we at least bring food??
“Everyone, HALT!!!” Katrina yelled with frustration. Her yell startled me so much, that it made me jump! I think Monica must’ve been used to it since she just seemed to sigh and turn around to see what was wrong.
“What on earth is the matter with you?” Monica asked.
“I can not go one more step! My feet are hurting me far too much. I fear that the next step I take, I will collapse!” Katrina said, quite exaggeratedly.
Monica slowly turned her head and rolled her eyes. “Is Katrina always like this?” I wondered.
I walked over to Monica and said, “We have been walking for hours without stopping. My back and my feet hurt and I am starving. Where on earth are we walking to anyways?” I asked. I could tell that Monica was trying not to be annoyed by my complaining. “We have to get to the airport. We are walking because we don’t have a car and it is too dangerous to sit in a taxi with Katrina. She couldn’t not say that she’s a princess or mention this case if her life depended on it.” Monica explained. I could definitely believe that.
“Hey! Are you two done whispering? Did you forget about ME? And another thing, I am FREEZING!” Katrina stated while raising her voice. I was so cold that I had forgotten I was cold. I forgot how cold it had been getting at nighttime, and it was almost night now.
Monica walked over to Katrina and started to take off her jacket.
“Here, where this.” Monica told Katrina, and they each switched jackets.
“Is that better?” Monica asked.
“Hm, I suppose. Thank you, detective.” Katrina said, although she didn’t sound very satisfied.
“Alright. We need to keep moving, I’m hoping to reach the airport before dark.” Monica ordered.
She walked away and Katrina just watched her. “Well, are you coming?” I asked. Katrina flashed me a look that said “Don’t speak to me.” But surprisingly she followed after Monica. She probably realized that she really needed Monica to protect her.
We walked on a while longer, and then Monica said, “We’ll rest here tonight.” I guess she changed her mind about reaching the airport before dark. I sat down next to Monica and we both stared at Katrina who was currently battling….
Grass. “Ouch, stop poking me!” She yelled at the grass as she tried pushing it away.
“Katrina, it’s just grass, it won’t hurt you. You can either sleep on top of the grass, or on the cold, hard ground. Which do you prefer?” Monica asked and I stifled a giggle.
Katrina just glared at her.
“Get some rest, Allie. I’ll keep watch tonight.” Monica said and walked away.
Monica seemed very troubled, so I decided to talk to her and see what was wrong.
“Monica, are you okay?” I asked. “Yes, I’m fine.” She said with a sigh, then turned to face me.
“You’re going to need to be brave, Allie. I don’t think you fully understand how dangerous and risky it can be to work on a case such as this.” She said and placed her hand on my shoulder.
“We need to stick together. No matter what.” She said, and as I gazed into her eyes, all I could see was worry. I nodded and said, “I will do anything you tell me to.” And for the first time, I actually saw her smile.
Then, within an instant, her smile was gone and she spun around quickly. “What is it?” I asked. She shushed me and said, “Wait here. I heard something.”
I watched her as she looked all around. Then I noticed her squint her eyes and widen them again. She had seen something.
She ran back towards Katrina and said, “We need to get out of here! Now!”
“What is it? What happened?” I asked, quite panicky.
“Someone’s on to us. Now run. Run!” She yelled and dashed off with Katrina right behind her.
I didn’t know what was happening. Who was on our trail, and how did they find out? All I knew was that we were running for our lives into the dark, cold of the night.
And that concludes part 3!! I love cliffhangers, they’re so suspenseful! 😀 Part 4 will be coming soon! 🙂

The Disappearing Heirs~ Part 2
I opened the door and I saw a staircase that went deep underground. This all just kept getting weirder and weirder. After walking down the stairs, I walked through a dark hall until I finally came to a room where I saw two ladies standing.
They seemed to be having an argument with one another, so I stepped back and listened to what was being said. “I am the princess, detective, and I want to leave this underground house right NOW!” The more nicely dressed girl screamed. “You listen here – it is my duty to protect you. Now unless you want to be captured as well, you will do as I say, alright?” The one, who I supposed was the detective explained.
“Ahem.” I said as I walked into the room.
The detective turned quickly and sharply towards me. “What are you doing here? How’d you get in here?” She asked forcefully. She asked the second question so quickly that I didn’t even have a chance to answer the first.
“Um… I was just – um…” I honestly didn’t know what to say. How could I know if I could trust these people?
“Speak up! What’s your name?” The detective asked again. Then I noticed her gazing at my package.
I tried to tuck the package back a little more without being so conspicuous. “My name is Allie Gramer. I’m trying to locate the owner of this package.” I said simply.
“I am detective Monica Jones. Now tell me, how did you find this place?” Monica asked. I told her all about the strange package and how I stomped my foot down and all of a sudden a huge fence appeared. She listened intently, glancing at the package from time to time.
When I was finished with my story, she pointed to the package and asked, “Is this the package?”
I nodded and said, “Yeah, but I suppose it’s yours now.”
I handed her the package and she looked at it closely. “Father..” She whispered to herself.
At long last, the fancy girl spoke up. “Excuse me!” She said loudly.
Monica outstretched her hand towards the girl and said, “Oh, yes, allow me to present, Princess Katrina of Riverdale.”
Princess Katrina walked up to me and said, “How do you do?” I did an awkward little bow and said, “It’s an honor to meet you.” I felt so awkward! I didn’t know how to speak to a princess! “Allie, you must understand that I am working on a top secret case. No one must know about me, or the princess. Do you understand?” Monica explained. All I could do was nod.
Katrina began telling me how royal and special she was, but I was hardly listening. I was much too interested in the package Monica was opening.
She unwrapped a tiny crown and read us the note:
“Detective Monica Jones,
A new princess has been born. He will seek her out next. Go to London. He is already on the move. Leave immediately.
~HMJ”
Monica sighed and looked away.
Then Katrina walked over to her and whispered, “What shall we do now?” Monica rolled her eyes as though it should be obvious to her. “We do as the note says. We must leave immediately for London.” She said seriously.
“And you are coming with us.” Monica said as she pointed towards me.
“What? No way! I’m not a detective! I don’t even know what’s going on!” I shouted.
Monica came close to me and said in a low, serious voice, “There is a man traveling all around the world capturing every single heir to all the thrones in the world. We don’t know his purpose, we don’t even know his name, but the agency has labeled him as Simons. I’ve been working on this case for a year now and every government agencies are working with me to help keep this case top secret. Katrina is one of the last remaining heirs that I am doing my best to protect. Now you know everything, and I do not know if I can trust you to keep this all a secret. You’re coming with us, Allie.”
Monica and I stood in silence for a moment as I thought this whole thing over. I was scared, but I was also a little excited. What an adventure this would be! At long last I said boldly, “Alright. I’ll go.”

The Disappearing Heirs~ Part One
Sometimes people just know what they are meant to be, but there are others who have to discover their destiny. This is a story about a girl who never quite knew what she wanted to do or who she wanted to be – and it all began with a mysterious package….
I heard a package dropped by my door, so I went outside to see what it was, although I couldn’t remember ordering anything.
I picked up up the package and read the address. There was no name, no return address, and it wasn’t even supposed to be delivered at my house.
I figured it was probably supposed to be delivered next door, so I walked over, but once again, the address on the package didn’t match the address on the package.
I was very confused. I knew the package was supposed to be delivered to a house somewhere on this street, and according to the address it should be right by my house. I decided to go to the post office so I could ask my mail carrier about it.
“Hello! May I help you?” A lady at the post office asked.
“Yes, I’d like to speak to my carrier. He delivers on Cherry Lane.” I said.
Oh! I’m very sorry, but he was fired just today.” The lady replied. Then I noticed her look at my package as if she knew what it was. “Did you have a question about the package?” She asked.
“Um, no, thank you. I’m just gonna take it home now.” I replied and walked out.
I didn’t know what to do. I received a package that wasn’t supposed to be delivered to me with an address on it that I couldn’t even find. I decided to call city hall to see if this address existed in their city plans. Unfortunately that didn’t work out so well. The lady on the phone sounded very suspicious and was insisting that the address didn’t exist.
I stood in an empty lot between my house. “The house should literally be right here!” I said and stomped my foot.
As I stomped my foot, I guess I must’ve triggered something in the ground.
I jumped back as I watched something sprouting out of the ground.
A huge fence appeared. I saw a little door in the corner with the address from the package on it.
I was a little scared, but also curious. “Well, I guess I’m going in there…” I said to myself and made my way to the strange little door in the fence. I didn’t know what was there or what I was getting myself into, but I just knew that I needed to go in there.

Up At The Crack Of Dawn~ A Mini Photostory
Kaya got out of bed early in the morning, just as she always did, but once again she saw Jenna was up before her.
Jenna was just starting to brush her out. “Ouch!” She whispered as she brushed through a knot.
“Good monring, Jenna. What are you doing up so early again? Are you not sleeping well?” Kaya asked in a soft whisper. It was very early in the morning and she didn’t want to wake anybody up. “Oh, good morning, Kaya! I’ve been sleepin’ fine. The reason I’ve been getting up so early is because back at the orphanage in Ireland, they would have us get up very early to do our chores. It’s just a habit for me.” Jenna replied in her thick Irish accent.
“What about you? Do you always get up this early, too?” Jenna asked.
“Yes. Where I come from, I had to get up early, too.” Kaya replied.
“Well, I’m gonna go check on the horses now.” Kaya said.
“Alrighty then! I’ll just continue doin’ me hair.” Jenna put her hand over her mouth and giggled as she realized that she had spoken a little too loudly. 🙂
So, the last gift I got were the Petals and Plaid PJ’s for Jenna! They’re so adorable!!! 😀
The shirt is so cute and I love how it looks like she’s wearing a tank top under it, but she really isn’t 🙂
The pants have a super cute print and are so silky! I also love the slippers!! The fur around the edge is just adorable!! They are super easy to get on, too! 🙂
I rate this outfit a 10 out of 10! Jenna looks SO cute in these PJ’s and I’m so glad I got them for her! 😀

Okay, so the wind stopped, it was still light outside, and I had done a pretty hair style on Jenna, so I went to outside to take another photoshoot! 😀
This hair style is so pretty! I actually wore my hair like this and thought it would be really cute on dolls! So of course I tried it on Jenna 🙂
I think it looks kinda elvish 😉

Comparison of MAG #61, Felicity, and Saige
I know a lot of people have said that if you’ve missed out on Saige then get #61 cause she looks just like her, but I have never noticed anyone say anything about her looking like Felicity. So today I’m going to compare all three of them and we’ll see who really looks like who. None of these pictures are edited. It is all natural lighting from outside so you can see the most natural colors as possible. 🙂
In the shade they all seem to have around the same hair color, but Jenna’s looks slightly brighter.
In the sunlight, you can definitely tell that….
Jenna’s hair is brighter. It’s like fire! 😀
Here is Saige and Jenna. Saige has the classic face mold, red curly hair (which seems almost brown when you see her and Jenna together), blue eyes, and freckles. Jenna has the classic face mold, bright red wavy/curly hair, dark green eyes, and no freckles. There are only two things that are the same and that’s the face mold and they both have red hair, but honestly, the red of their hair is so different.
Now, here is Jenna and Felicity. Again, Jenna has the classic face mold, bright red wavy/curly hair, and dark green eyes. Felicity has the classic face mold (but it’s thinner than the one used now since she’s an older doll), red straight/wavy hair, and bright green eyes. Yes, pretty much everything is the same. I honestly can’t believe that I haven’t heard anyone say that she looks like Felicity, because they look like twins! There just very slight differences, like Felicity having brighter eyes and Jenna having brighter hair 😛
So there it is! I hope this helps you decide on what you think about #61 looking like Saige or Felicity 🙂
I’m sure you all think that it’s funny I wanted Jenna so badly, when I already had Felicity, but there’s just something about her… Her hair is amazing and I love her eye color! I also like the current classic face mold more than the older one, I think. This doesn’t mean that I don’t like Felicity anymore, though! I still LOVE my Lissie and always will! After all, she was my first American Girl doll 🙂

Christmas Haul 2014!
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!! Well, one day late anyways 😀
I had such a nice Christmas yesterday! I had a good time with my family, eating food, opening great gifts, and playing Super Smash Bros! 😀
I received a lot of awesome dolly things for Christmas, so I’m going to show you what I got!
I got the Rodeo Shopping Outfit from TheQueen’sTreasures from one of my brothers, along with some really cute black boots! I am so in love with leather jackets, and I have wanted this outfit ever since I saw it on DollDiaries because it came with a leather jacket!! All of the pieces are GREAT for mix and match, and I know that Eli will probably be wearing the shirt and jeans occasionally 🙂
Just look at how adorable that jacket is!!! OMGOSH it’s SO cute!!!
The boots are really nice! I’m sure I’ll be using these for some of my pirate costumes 😉 They are super easy to get on and off, and they use a zipper to close up. So nice!

I LOVE this outfit! It’s absolutely adorable and it looks so good on Saige! I rate this outfit a 10 out of 10! 😀
I also got the Paint Filly from my oldest brother!!! She’s SO ADORABLE!! I have always wanted her, so I was really happy to open her! I haven’t had time to decide on a name yet, so that will be announced soon 🙂

My parents got me Addy’s Plaid Summer Set! It is really adorable and I’m just obsessed with that pinafore!
The pinafore is really ruffle-y and has two pockets. You can also see the color of the dress better in this picture- it’s pink and brown!! One of my favorite color combos! 😀
The boots are really cute, too! They tie on 🙂
It also came with a huge hairbow! Who doesn’t love big bows? 😀
Felicity looks so pretty in this outfit! I rate it a 10 out of 10! 😀
I got the Easy Breezy Outfit in my stocking! I’ve wanted this outfit ever since it came out, so I’m really happy to have gotten it! The colors are so cute and I really like halter tops! 🙂
The print on the top is so cute!! It’ll be great for spring and summer! 😀
I love the shorts, too! And the pockets!! I’ve always been a person who just shoves everything in my pockets, so pockets are kind of a big thing for me LOL! 😛
And of course, the shoes are adorable! They match the outfit perfectly and they are also easy to get on 🙂

I got MAG #61 from my parents!!!! She’s SOO beautiful!!! I named her Jenna and her middle name is Faith. I believe her and Samantha will get along really well since they both love fashion! Jenna also likes music and hair styling! She will be added to the Meet My Dolls page soon, so you’ll be able to learn all about her! 😀
And my sister also got me the Bright Stripes Outfit!!! I can’t tell you how much I love this!! It’s a BLAZER!!! I am also obsessed with blazers by the way LOL! 😛 The blazer is such a nice quality! It buttons in easily in front. I forgot to take a picture of the shirt, but it is also super cute! It says “Be smart, be strong, be YOU!” It also comes with a little headband that velcros at the top. So cute 🙂
The jeans are SO cute!! They are a little hard to get on, though. I think Jenna’s legs might be a little larger than normal, but I’m not sure… I still need to experiment with that 😉 😛
Look at these shoes!! They’re so adorable!!! 😀 I rate this outfit a 9.5 out of 10 because of the jeans 😉

Look how pretty her hair is!! It’s so bright!! Her hair is the same style as Annika’s, but I’m trying to make it a different type of curl by finger curling it. I think it’s really pretty! 😀

Christmas Eve Decorating!
Merry Christmas Eve, everyone!! Oh, my gosh, can you even believe that tomorrow is Christmas?! I definitely can’t! It seems like it came up way too quickly, and yet it also feels like it’s taken forever to get here LOL! 😛
Today, Annika, Cecile, and Kiara did some Christmas decorating 🙂
“Oooh! I’m so excited to decorate with you guys!” Kiara exclaimed.
Cecile took out a bag and opened it up.
“Look at all the decorations!! I had forgotten about some of them!” Cecile said excitedly.
I then set the tree in place and said, “What do you all think of decorating the tree first?” Annika and Cecile giggled because they had forgotten how large the tree was in comparison to them. “Wow. That’s HUGE! But it’s SOO pretty!” Kiara said, staring wide eyed at the tree.
Annika loves Christmas trees, so she got started right away on fluffing up the branches.
Kiara had joined her, but Cecile walked over, holding up the tree skirt. “Hey, what about the tree skirt?” Cecile asked. She loved putting the tree skirt on!
“That comes after we fix up the branches, Cece, but you can have the job of putting it on!” Kiara said with a smile.
“YAY! Thanks!” Cecile exclaimed.
Soon the branches on the tree were all fixed up, so Cecile crawled under the tree and fastened the tree skirt.
“Oooh! Does this go on the tree?” Kiara asked as she held up some pretty pink garland. “Yep! I love this garland so much! I’m so glad mommy bought it!” Annika said happily.
I trimmed the top of the tree with the garland, and once I had finished, Kiara began working near the bottom. “Now it’s time for the ornaments!” Annika exclaimed.
Kiara picked out a pretty blue ornament and placed it on the tree.
Annika picked out purple, since that was her second favorite color. 🙂
And Cecile grabbed a red one, to match her dress 😉
“Now it’s time for the candy canes!” Annika said, with a candy cane already in hand. Soon, all the decorating was done, but wait, there was still one thing missing…
Since Annika and Cecile had each placed the star on top before, they told Kiara to do it this year 🙂
Then they all stood back and gazed at the pretty tree.
